The County of Renfrew is the Approval Authority for Plans of Subdivision and Plans of Condominium in the Township of Laurentian Valley. Prior to filing an application, Developers must first pre-consult with us and the County of Renfrew, to identify any potential issues and to ensure that the application will be a complete application when filed.
